Mr. Thalapaneni has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and worked in various engineering and management positions across the most reputed semiconductor companies - Altera, Samsung, Fairchild, AMD, and Flextronics. Most recently, he worked at Altera as Director of Technology Development, supporting new product development with the most advanced process technologies from foundries. Prior to that, he has worked in various aspects of process technologies- Bipolar, CMOS, BiCMOS, DRAM, SRAM, EPROM, EEPROM, ASIC, MCM, etc and received multiple patents. Guru holds MS from University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and BS from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, India.

Tom has 25+ years experience in the technology, software, and applications world.  In the past ten years, he has been CEO of 2Roam, a leading wireless platform company, Managing Director for Motorola Broadband Asia/Pac, as well as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for General Instrument Communications Europe.  Tom was also Sr. Vice President of Sales and Operations for OpenTV, one of the top three IPO’s in 99′ and the world leader in middleware and interactive Television applications with some 50 networks and 50+ million set-top boxes using OpenTV software.  Tom has graduated from advanced programs at Harvard & Stanford University.  Tom has also assisted in raising over $300M dollars in capital in the past ten years.
