5. Adding Contacts to Corporate Data Base
One account, add member, multiple accounts import member
Sync Import - Click on the sync Import tab to import your contacts saved in .CSV file. Browse the .csv file and press Import Now to import the contacts

Sync with Desktop or Corporate Server
5.1 Adding Contacts to Corporate Data Base
For One account, use Add Contact, for multiple accounts use Import Contacts
Go to Corporate Admin Site and select Sync Import Tab
Sync Import - Convert your member csv file to a contact csv file (Contact csv file has first name, last name, phone number)
- Caution for contact csv file format, first name must be in column A last name must be in column B and phone number must be in column E.
Hint- to generate contact file from member file, delete columns C, D and F and then import into contact csv format.
- Click on the Sync Import tab to import your contacts saved in .csv file. Browse the .csv file and press Import Now to import the contacts
5.2 Synchronizing Contacts with Phone’s Native Address Book
The Contacts on iPhonebook allows the administrator to synchronize member mobile phones with desktop computer running the Admin contact database (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Lotus Notes or Palm Desktop).
5.3 Setting up Sync Wizard
When registered for an account online, the registration process presents the user to download and install synchronization software from Remoba. If registered from phone, user can download the software by logging in at www.remoba.com and by navigations to "Sync/Import" section "Setting up the Admin desktop computer to sync contacts with the mobile phone".
5.4 Configuring and Synchronizing Contacts
Once installed the application is installed, launch the application (Start >> Programs >> Xpherix >> Xpherix Synchronize). Select "Setup Wizard" and follow the instructions to configure synchronization
5.5 Sync Contacts
Synchronizes the contacts between mobile phone and Remoba Server. It brings all the contacts that marked as ‘Download to phone’ to mobile phone and uploads all contacts from phone to Remoba Server. From the next time onwards, the application only synchronizes the delta changes.
