Logging into your web account to verify contacts are backed
up
The
login URL for iPhoneBackup is different than that of iPhonebook,
iDatebook and Remo. To log in and verify your iPhoneBackup
account, click here:

[Note: This link is not yet live, Stay tuned!]
You
will see a screen that looks like this:
Enter
your 10 digit mobile number and 4 digit PIN. Then you will
see the following screen:

Note
that the fifth entry in the example above has no contacts
listed. This is a sign of a contact record with numbers unclassified
or not classified with the main home, business, mobile, fax
or email categories for that phone. Some phones vary, but
it is always a good idea to classify them, back them up and
check here for this reason.
If
your phone is ever lost, stolen or once it's replaced, either
a blank record will download to the new phone, or the new
phone will not accept the download of any of the contacts
until blank entries are deleted from the web account.
You
can delete blank entries from the web account. To do so, check
the box next to the contact, and click on "delete selected."
It's a better idea to modify the contacts in your phone, and
then backup once again. However, we give you the delete option
online in case you've already switched phones.
